1st Zanni Theatre are THRILLED to bring you a sharp political satire in Shakespearean verse: A KINGDOM JACK'D by American playwright Scott Bradley. A KINGDOM JACK'D reimagines an iconic and turbulent moment in political (and Shakespearean) History: what if Jack Falstaff, Shakespeare's most (in)famous clown, somehow found his way onto the throne of England instead of Henry IV?

Presented in collaboration with York International Shakespeare Festival, A KINGDOM JACK'D makes its worldwide debut at the medieval Merchant Adventurers' Hall.
